Description

Welcome to Base-Neo Hall of Fame Format! Also known as "Old Back Format" in Japan since the card pool contains all cards with the original backside printed on Japanese cards.

This format is meant to enable players to enjoy this nostalgic format in a fun, skillful, and balanced way, snd allowing for a wide range of decks. The initial list is based on the lists of "New Hall of Fame" and "Suginami Hall of Fame" but will be updated frequently if certain decks seem to dominate. If youare interested in helping work on a point list, please get in touch!

Card Pool

The card pool defines which cards are legal in this format. It starts with a search query against all cards in the game, then optional include/ban lists refine the result.

Validation Filters

Validation filters are extra deck-building rules beyond the card pool. They restrict which decks are legal — for example, limiting the number of cards of a certain type, enforcing a star budget, or requiring a specific theme deck.
