This format is meant to enable players to enjoy this nostalgic format in a fun, skillful, and balanced way, snd allowing for a wide range of decks. The initial list is based on the lists of "New Hall of Fame" and "Suginami Hall of Fame" but will be updated frequently if certain decks seem to dominate.
