Pokemon Commander Format
Commander can be any Pokemon unless its a rulebox (if its an evolution line put all 3 in that zone and summon it from your zone at the start of the game)
Commander tax is all attacks cost 1 more energy every time it dies/if it has an ability its retreat cost is raised by 1 energy everytime it dies
100 cards singleton format excluding energy special energy is 2 per energy type ie 2 double colourless
Turn 1 no one can attack, you can use items player going second can use supporters Black and White set onwards is legal
All rulebox pokemon are allowed non can be a commander
10 prize cards
The card pool defines which cards are legal in this format. It starts with a search query against all cards in the game, then optional include/ban lists refine the result.
